Saw an article about a car dealership with a free car coupon as part of a bill board, someone climbed up to the bill board, cut out the giant coupon and took it to the dealership; they honored it. Not sure where I saw this, I’ll try to dig it up. A little perseverance can go a long ways!

That is a good question Mike. Someone certainly needs to regulate them especially when you can’t build a horse barn in horse country ;-)
