Has anyone seen any ideas for motorizing the height adjustment on a drill press table? I especially need something so that I will not need to lock down the table. The arrangement in my shop makes it very difficult yo adjust the hieght of the table, not to mention trying to lock the table down tight enough that it will not rotate around the column.

Just wondering if anyone had seen anything interesting.

Don has a pretty cool Austrailan one with counter weights. Probably meet the need without a motor. I belive you can see it in use in the sander demo in the post below.
