There is a guy about 2/3 hours from me that is selling a Trojan 15” planer, it looks alright but I’ve never heard of that company and google searches aren’t turning up much. The planer looks pretty clean and was supposedly only for hobby use. Does anyone know much about this company? Is it worth a 4-6 hr drive round trip to grip this planer up for $300?

Thanks

Andrew

It’s probably the Taiwan Delta/Invicta knock-off sold under
various names. It’s a good 4-post planer design.

I don’t know if it’s worth the drive but it’s certainly
a good price on a machine that will take awhile
to outgrow.

For $300.0 I would jump on it,if not major problems this is an excellent deal
