I’m here reading along in the short form the BAM suddenly the format changes to a wide format with l o n g descriptions. Come on can’t you people leave well enough alone, DON’T FIX WHAT AIN’T BROKEN. This is the kind of shit that happens when someone else takes over! -- See pictures on Flickr - http://www.flickr.com/photos/44216106@N07/ And visit my Facebook page - facebook.com/MTEnterprises |

I’ll second the format change. If a title and short blurb interests me I’ll click and look. The new format is inefficient! -- "With every tool obtained, there is another that is needed" DonW ( Kevin ) |

Kind of like where I work. Someone gets a new position, promotion, title, or whatever. So they apparently feel the need to make noticeable changes, I guess to justify their new position?.....show that they’re on the ball and making improvements. Improvements??? Hhmmmm….. Me? I like the short version, and when the home screen was right. Eventually it will all shake out to be, what it is. Hopefully thread starters will keep their opening statements on the short side, making it a bit easier/quicker to get the jist of the thread. -- Bill, central NY...no where near the "big apple" |

Ugh. +1, I hate this. Perhaps have a hover-over tooltip that gives you more detailed info, but this just makes browsing very hard. At the very least, please give us an option to turn it off. |

The front page is an absolute train wreck right now…. -- Eric - "I'm getting proficient with these hand jobbers. - BigRedKnothead" |

Surely this just a temporary screw up/glitch in getting things worked out. |

I guess that would make me #6 on this petition! Oops! Make that #7 -- Wish I were Norm's Nephew |

Can’t seem to get the Zoom to work on projects either. LJ corporate Armageddon maybe? -- "With every tool obtained, there is another that is needed" DonW ( Kevin ) |

I agree that the front page is a mess but let’s not throw the baby out with the bath water just yet. This is a great forum regardless of the growing pains in the format. It’s the people and the ideas that keep us here. This has all just happened and I’m sure the management is working to fix it. Give them a chance. -- Paul M ..............If God wanted us to have fiberglass boats he would have given us fibreglass trees. http://thecanadianschooloffrenchmarquetry.com/ |

You can hit the PULSE button at the top right and it at least makes the forum usable. |

These idiots must be related to the same people who run Nascar! Seems like they are trying to fix something that was never broke to begin with and end up making it worse. Guess I’ ll check back in a week or so to see if it’s back to normal. |

I used to develop and code websites in my free time and it is good practice to use a shadow development site to test changes on so you avoid this type of mess on the live site. There will be some hiccups but it is just a matter of reversing the changes made and going back to the development site and working them out. I would have never implemented a change on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend and hoped for the best. -- Eric - "I'm getting proficient with these hand jobbers. - BigRedKnothead" |

BURN THE NEW FORUM! It’s brought plague on our land and scourge on our children!!! Seriously, it sucks. Do a preview hover and go back to the old way. -- Interested in Oregon property? Visit me at http://www.willamettepropertiesgroup.com |
