Can anyone identify this drill press? It’s in a local CL ad. Not sure if it’s a repainted name brand drill or just a Chinese no name one. Thanks.

Are there any marks on the inside of the lid or on the motor?

I like the handwheel to raise and lower the table with ! Looks like the head and table have been repainted.
