After putting a second coat of water based poly on some Walnut, I began to notice pin head sized white spots as in the pic below. Anyone have any experience with this? what causes this? How do I fix it?

Might be calcium carbonate. Like a water spot on a wine glass. Was it water based finish? I know they have this issue with hardwood floors.
