I’ve been lurking as much as I can, but not a whole lot of time to post! I am literally up to my ears lately….but everything is coming together :)

I am almost done building the bookcase for PW, in fact I start final assembly tomorrow (assuming the power stays on….been in and out for the last 48 hours due to the storm up here….but hey, at least I have time to post right? )

For my fellow canuks, I head down to TO in the next couple of weeks to shoot some commercials, so keep an eye on CITY and CHCH….my oldest daughter Emmy (6) is coming on the tube with me…she’s gonna be a “movie star” LOL.

What else is new…..well, I’m working with a company to bring out my own line of router bits and saw blades sometime in the new year (think freud quality, but at a better price) and have started working with Craftex industries on new tool design/development….that is a TON of fun! It’s great being able to have a say in how new tools are devoloped and built, and the fact that I get to play with all the prototypes is a huge bonus.

Shop projects are stacking up, but I guess that’s better than being unemployed right? I’m currently building a monstrosity of a humidor for a client in California…...24X36X36”! All sapelle, curly maple and ebony…pretty for sure, but not exactly cheap! Just the electronics were over 1500.00

Anyway, I just wanted to stop by and let everyone know I’m still kickin’...and wanted to take a minute to wish everyone the very best for the holidays. So in my own very un-PC-don’t-give-a-damn-if someone is offended tradition: Merry Christmas everyone!! :)

Thanks, Ryan. I will have to second Zuki’s comment. It is nice to hear from you again. I know it takes time- something that is hard to come by with work and family- but keep us posted on what you are working on, as you can.

Merry Christmas to you as well.
