I work for an architectural millwork company, and my coworker and good friend passed away. I ended up with a few of his old tools. He brought them from Germany, so they are 230v. Our shop is not set up for that, and I don’t have a garage or my own shop yet, so I thought I may as well sell them and get something I can make use of.
These are all older models, but very high-quality tools. He used them at his home garage, but not in the shop.

—Lamello Classic “Swiss” Plate Joiner
—Festool Jigsaw PS 2 E
—Festool Sander RO 2 E (coarse grinding, finish sanding, polishing)

—Ligno-Scanner D (old model) 8 settings 0.3-1.0 specific gravity

They all have the 2 prong Euro plugs. I was tempted to buy a transformer and use them myself, but I can’t really lug that thing around. I thought someone who was set up for 230v might want these.

What are you asking for the tools?

I will take offers, too. I’m hoping there are a few people who run 230v.

They are great tools, but older models. I only have found a few somewhat similar on ebay, so I’m trying to be fair on the value without really knowing.

I forgot to mention trades, too. I’m looking for a laminate trimmer, jigsaw, and biscuit joiner…that run on 115v.

That is my purpose for selling these…to get something I can use.

Have your say...
