I am guessing that everyone on this site during the workday is either retired or unemployed. Personally, I am retired and loving every minute. What’s your status that allows you to be on here during the day?

NOT retired, yet. I do, however, happen to work nghts. 7 pm to 7:10 am. 7 out of every 14 days. Mornings are my evenings.

The rest of you working stiffs just have it backwards, to me….

Retired Sept. 28 2013. I was in the shop most of the day. Like DKV in Sacramento enjoying the 68 degree weather. Did you notice we had 9 more seconds of daylight today compared to yesterday?

Forced time off for the next two weeks. Not my idea of prime vacation time but I’m not complaining.

BUT – I am considering retiring…

Self employed, leaning towards retiring, but my wife says I have been semi-retired since I got rid of full time employees 20 years ago ;-)
