can anyone tell me where is a good place to buy 6 1/8 x x 11/16×1/8 knives I picked up and old craftsman jointer but the blades are so dull you wouldn’t cut yourself if you fell on them.

If those are the same standard 6-1/8 jointer blades that Craftsman has been using since Jesus’s father Joseph was just an apprentice carpenter, then they are still available at Sears. In my local store that is one of the few woodworking “accessories” that is usually in stock, hanging on the shelf.

Global tooling offers jointer knives with good reviews. They are quite inexpensive as well. The 6” knives for the Craftsman will set you back a whopping $11 for a set of three knives.
