Anyone know of some kind of good speaker/stereo type deal I can connect my phone to through a cord or bluetooth, or play cds on, or even listen to regular radio? Something preferably corded so I don’t have to worry about charging it? Like a docking station deal I can set on a table or shelf. One that can play loud because it will be in the workshop.

I’m with ya – except for actual radio I have to pray for some sort of reception! One channel and beginning the 2nd week in November it switched to all Christmas music ….. all the time!

BTW – anyone got “Toolbox Christmas” for the holidays? All your Christmas faves played on power tools.

Rip all of your CD’s into mp3 format using Windows Media Player.

I have an old pair of bookshelf speakers wired up to a 75 watt amp. It is connected to a Samsung Tab. Works just fine for me but then again I am in a small work area (one car garage).

The Tab is also connected to my home wifi so I have the option of Pandora or iHeart Radio. I switch around every so often.

Hope this helps.

“i like the JBL docking station.”

That is a MT Stringer original design. :-)
