best method to bevel small box parts

I need to bevel the parts of a few samll miter -cornered boxes.
Q1-Before glue up or after?
Q2-simplest methods for maybe 1/8 bevels with no router involvement

Bevel after glue up and you have to change the fence once. Bevel prior, no fence changes. I do it after. Depends on what you are comfortable with
