Topic tags/keywords: carving tool chisel blade plane resource carving turning veneering

I recently came across a website for a source of tools and veneer that I had not previously been aware of. So, I thought I would mention it in case other members might find it to be of interest. I haven’t compared pricing to other suppliers, but their tool quality made me take a serious look.

Any comments?

I never seen any mention of this place either.
Been in the woodworking business forever and they have tools, materials and great employees.

Looks like some nice tools but the veneer is all 1/50”, too thin for me I’m afraid.
Thanks for the link though John.

As for Constantine’s, I’ve bought from them and agree about the staff. They also have some somewhat thicker veneer like dyed black at 1/16”. That’s a find.

Wow! Veneer only .020” thick. I sure hope that is not a trend. No real opinion about the site, except that they don’t sell any high end planes, but they otherwise seem ok.
