amazonaws.com/ljimg/mxiobn8.jpg!

I found this tool at a garage sale here in phoenix. The seller had a store in Tombstone Az. and this was one of his antique items. Looks like some type of jack but I can’t see how this piece aline could lift anything with out being secured to something??? Any infor would be appreciated. Thanks

Don’t know really, but it looks to me like something to hold cargo or logs on a truck, something used in the logging business???? I have no reason for this other than that was my first thought when I looked at the picture.

Looks like an ancient vehicle jack.
