I have 540 BF of 4/4 Jatoba/Brazilian cherry available. All kiln-dried, 6’ to 11’ long, average width of 6 1/2”. It does have some cracks, but it is still very beautiful, useable wood. Buy it all for $1,000 or $2 per BF. I may be able to arrange shipping at buyer’s expense.

Bundle is the top rack:

$2 a foot! Quite a deal… one lost with shipping to NH I’m sure. Several closer Jocks might be able to clean you out though.

Got any pictures showing the % of the boards with cracks? I wish I lived in TN.

Man, we get hosed in Canukistan on lumber. That would be a nice score if I lived closer.

Oscorner, unfortunately I don’t have any pictures like that. I’ve lost my camera (hopefully just temporarily).

Like I said, shipping is an option. Whether you’re interested or just wondering, send me a zip code or address. I should have several great deals like this every now and then. If you find a few or several guys in your area, shipping doesn’t hurt so badly.

It’s almost all gone. Any more takers?

You can add a piece or two with the Mahogany I just commented on? Send me a P.M.

Dealing with my fellow Jocks might be a better score (for the rest of those boxes I’ll be making in my “class” – taking a vacation from at the moment) than the local lumberyard – they just got almost $500 for some clapboards today. – guess what I”m re-doing this summer?

Scott,

PM sent. Hopefully it got through to you. I sent one previously with a shipping quote after your first reply in this thread.

Yep… my bad for being a little slow on the reply. Hopefully I haven’t missed out completely. (and I get just enough to be useful, but that my wife won’t question it)

Oh, that’s fine. I just wasn’t sure it got through to you. Obviously I got this one.

Have your say...
