With all the effort in design and construction that goes into many of the spectacular cutting board projects, some real woodwork could be done.

Sorry to hear about that, Christmas is on the way, which I suspect is why there are so many of them on here. Why don’t you tell us what you deem to be worthy woodworking?

Design and construction has always been a part of real woodworking.
A lot of the more spectacular boards I’ve seen here exhibit excellent design and construction.

And how do you feel about bouled linseed oil Clint? A time honored finish?

Your wisdom is forever enlightening.

You mean like your hollow log? I’ll bet that took a lot of “real” woodworking.

I’m retired.
Why would I want to do any “real woodwork”??
It’s more fun just to “goof around”.............................

From helping a child build a birdhouse or building a 7000sf log home. Working in wood brings me pleasure, thats what it’s all about. It’s mind candy, something to look forward to. Sorta like sneaking and eating a Snickers when your on a diet.

”Don’t Feed The Trolls!” Everyone Says. Fine! We’ll just let the “School Yard Bully” Pick on Anyone He Chooses To.

OH! The next time he Craps on one of your Posts or Projects, might as well let him away with that also as He’s done a Number Of Times in the Past.

My Opinion? “Clint Searl…..........We deserve what we tolerate” NO ONE On LJ’s Should have to Tolerate this kind of Personally Insulting Garbage!

Now we have a ”Nyuk nyuk”. Is that suppose to mean this is all a Joke? Or The Senility is Worse Than it Usually Is.

I see no one left disparaging remarks on your project

that took loads of effort, design, and construction.

Maybe some real wood work could of been done.
