Topic tags/keywords: table saw tablesaw blade question square

I have a 10” woodtek cabinet table saw and am having problems with the adjustments. The blade is out of square with the miter slots resulting in a curve at the end of my cut. I have adjusted the blade back to square multiple times and it is getting out of square faster and faster now. The adjustment is a major pain as there are 6 trunnion screws to realign instead of the normal 2-4 and I can’t take the time to realign the blade after EVERY cut. Any thoughts? Is it something I’m missing or does anyone else have experience with this reoccurring problem?

Not familiar with the Woodteks, but, when you adjust it back into square, do you tighten nuts? If so, they may be coming loose. How about some loctite?

I have the same problem with my 10” Craftsman TS. It has 4 trunnion screws. Do your trunnions have lock washers? they should, if not lock tite might help. Good luck.
