Topic tags/keywords: question humor

I’ve seen a lot on facebook lately where people are posting things they are thankful for everyday, so I figured I’d pose the question to see what other LJs are thankful for.

BUT there is a twist.

You CANNOT list health, wealth, family, etc.

So lets see what ya’ll can come up with! Be creative, have fun, and keep to the rules.

I’m thankful for having the ability to tolerate the idiots and jack asses around me , to respect their twisted opinions and their freedom to express them.

I’m thankful for that band of bearded men in Boston that brought another World Series home this year.

I am also thankful for being able to finally break down my finishing room in my garage for the winter and regain a bunch of real estate in there.

OK, I’ll try to keep within the rules … but after a spending 2012 on deployment with the military, I am thankful for a year with my family and for Jesus Christ.

I am also thankful for my early 80’s table saw. It isn’t a unisaw, but it is great for me.

Would I be in violation of the “wealth” rule if I said I was thankful for the family jewels? :-)

Blondes, other than my wife, and redheads, would get me in an aweful lot of trouble … However, a good bourbon sounds like a great alternative.

Add a good Cigar to the mix of Bourbon, Blondes and Redheads, it all adds up to a lot to be thankful for

I’m thankful that there are so many insanely talented woodworkers here to amaze and inspire me.
