I was using my DeWalt 735 and it stopped feeding in/out….the rollers seem to be hung up but the knife bar is turning…I haven’t taken the machine apart before and am not very familiar with the internal workings…Before I rip into it does anyone have experience with this situation….?

So I don’t have any particular experience with this symptom, but I have had mine pretty far apart to deal with some issues where I got some maple splinters that destroyed the fan blade.

The one thing is: When you’re trying to get it back together, as I mentioned here the trick to getting it back on the threaded posts is to put it on the posts, turn the crank ‘til it gets started (but not ‘til it binds, or if it does then back off a bit), then sit on top of the thing. You’ll understand when you get there.

Also that I have had my roller wheel get caked with sawdust or something and not be drawing well, but a little cleaning it up and waxing the bottom plate and now it’s drawing the wood through like it was new.
