Hey Guys,
I picked up the below bandsaw and and have no idea what i have. I believe it to be a 18 inch as the wheels have a 17 3/4 diameter but i have no idea. Got this for a 100$ and it runs ( needs a major tune up but can’t order anything without confirmation). If you could have look and help me out i would appreciate it and owe you a drink the next time either of you are in Fort Mcmurray lol.

This is just a generic band saw. if it really is 18” and you pay $100.00 for it , you had a good deal.

Bert is right. Mine was a Reliant. I think a lot of us had one of these with one name or another either now or in the past. You got a good deal, and parts should be readily available from a variety of sources.

Isle Aux Morts eh? The Island of Death. Could be worse. You could be from Port Aux Basques.

Can’t help with the bandsaw. Being from Twillingate, I just felt like ribbing you a bit.

If all you want to know is if this is an 18” or not, why not just measure it? Distance from blade to column = size.
