I just found a Powermatic PM 66 for sale on CL for $400! However, I am a little strapped. If anyone needs a new table saw in Arkansas, here’s your chance!

I’ve either been drinking too much or that pic is a classic example of what not to do in your CL ad.

I can’t see what is right with it either. Must be trying to hide something, posting a picture like thatl

I never understood why some craigslist sellers use such poor pictures in their ads? It would have taken that numbnutz an extra 10 seconds to look at the picture, see how bad it was, and then take another.

What really gets me are the folks that take a picture of a machine thats covered in other, random junk. It would take all of 30 seconds to clean off the trashbags, coolers, and other crap, and would make the item 100X more presentable.

But back to the saw in question. For $400 it could be a nice score. The seller indicates that quite a bit of work has been done to the saw. I do have to wonder why someone would fix-up a saw, then sell it off for such a low price. But then again, the motor and fence by itself could be worth $400.

I would hope his rebuild work was better than his photography work.

Is this the best picture that the seller could come up with?
