Hi all,

I don’t have a lathe, so I’m hoping someone here can help me out. My workbench vises need new handles.

I’d like to:
1. Correspond with a turner privately
2. Send you either wood or money both, and part of an existing handle (so you can get the diameter right)
3. Discuss design
4. Have you turn new handles and send to me

If you’re interested, please message me.

Thanks!

(And yes, I know, this is a good excuse to go buy a lathe)

Wood (pun intended) it be easier to get a couple of dowels, smaller one for the handle and larger diameter for the “knobs” then cut, drill, and shape the ends?
