My wife has a bath brush with a laminated bamboo handle. The bend in the handle is too slight. My question is can laminated bamboo be heat or steam bent without de-lamination?

Unlikely. The very mechanics of each joint, glued or otherwise fastened, would be working to prevent this.

Cut it and scarf glue the angle you want.
