I haven’t been posting lately, as I was on vacation… followed by a lengthy catching-up process once I got back to work. Now where do I start to get caught up on LJ’s????

A short compilation of my Grand Canyon photos…

i dont know what was prettier to see your wife or the canyon…lol…thanks so much charlie for sharing this pictures, ive never been to the grand canyon, and i lived in arizona for about 8 years, its funny how that happens, but i was mostly a kid , and my parents never took me there…its so awesome to see, the colors are magnificent, im glad you got to go, coming back and going to work is always hard after being able to spend time with your wife or kids….great video presentation, and i love the guitar music…why dont you come this way, ive got a nice size fire pit, i could listen to you play all night by the fire…let me know when your coming, ive also got an extra house, so no hotels….:) thanks charlie…

Thanks for the compliments and the invite, Grizz!

In my nearly 55 years of life, that was my first trip to the canyon. We also went to Zion national park in Utah, and Bryce Canyon. Maybe I’ll post some of those photos later as well.

It was a fantastic trip.

Ha… that’s right Sharon. I’ve developed severe stress and anxiety by constantly being exposed here to woodworkers whose skills are so far superior to mine. :-)

What’s the music? Reminds me of Jim Croce’s “I Got a Name”.

Charlie welcome back. Those hoodoo’s in Bryce are incredible in the moonlight and I loved Zion. We’ve not been to the canyon yet, we plan on doing it next year on our cross country retirement road trip. So get back to work, vacations over!
