Topic tags/keywords: workbench accessories This is a bench dog i came up with to hold boards against for belt sanding or similar functions. Basically its a nut epoxied into the bench top…and one only needs to reach underneath to adjust the threaded rod to any height needed. -- "The way to make a small fortune in woodworking- start with a large one" |

Wayne, no, its just a convenient stop to keep the wood from scooting around. I like it for belt sanding because even if im sanding something a 1/4’ thick, i can raise the stop only 3/16” and it isnt in the way of the sanding belt. -- "The way to make a small fortune in woodworking- start with a large one" |
