Topic tags/keywords: delta drum sander sanding sander deal

Just picked up a Delta 18-36 drum sander from a friend. He only used it a few times, it just sat in his garage for the last 10 years or so. It just needed a little tune up and it was ready to go. I paid $100 and he even delivered it to me.

You should apologize to your friend for stealing that drum sander from him. LOL.

Let me be the first to deliver the traditional response, “you suck”.

Dang. I’ll give you $200 cash for it right now…

I’ve been looking for one of these, but they seem to be out of my price range. I finally made an attachment on my mini lathe.

Yep. I second the “you suck”. Big time.

Have fun.

That looks like a 31-250, the same one I have. Mine has given me years of service (bought second hand, but unused in 2000). You got a great deal, hope you have a DC to hook to it though, or you’ll be spending some more money. Those things generate mountains of fine dust.
