Hi All,

I’ve had a request for 4 furniture pieces to be shipped to Australia. I’ve never shipped out of the country before and could use some advise on how to proceed. Any advise on the following subjects will be GREATLY appreciated: Packaging, Logistics (from Rochester, NY), Legal, and anything else I may have forgotten.

I would contact an expediter who can handle all the details. Ain’t gonna be cheap, and sometimes that crates are opened for inspection. Pack it well, and add the expediter costs to the shipping charges.
