Hey guys,

I recently acquired a standing drill press and really haven’t used it much. I am going to re-do some plain rosettes I made a few years ago with a rosette cutter. My question is: should i make a drill press table or buy a drill press vise? Is one better than the other to make rosettes?

thanks in advance.

Ross

Why not both? Build a drill press table for sure, and if that and a fence aren’t working as well as you want, go out and buy a vise. Maybe do some research on a vise you would want so you can space your T-tracks accordingly on the table.

Definitely build a dp table. A shop must-have IMHO.
