Topic tags/keywords: need advice home remodeling renovation

Hello All,

I am new to this forum and expecting expertise solutions. I am planning to remodel my existing house in couple of months. Being part of it I want to have a brief idea on present remodeling costs in and around Laguna Niguel area. Would any one suggest where should I get estimates and suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

There are several remodeling portals available online where you could find large pool local home contractors data. is one of the examples that you are looking for. Simply post your job and wait for contractors.

One room at a time. Smallest first. If you like the work give them another room. Only an idiot would contract the entire house to one person unless you call a Hollywood star and get a recommendation $$$.
A GC will give you a nice high price. Then he’ll take bids from every lowlife sub on the planet to maximize his profit margin.
If you find a quality craftsman he’ll likely have a circle of buddies in the various trades that are also top quality.
Idiots run with idiots. Pros run with pros.

Have your say...
