I thought a company like Rockler would answer to emails inquiries about their products but i was wrong. They don’t bother.
Four days ago I emailed Rockler asking them whether their router bushing guides set is suitable for my Ryobi router. I also ask if it was possible to pay by bank draft as I did not have a credit card. No reply.

This was not the first incident. It had happened several times before, I feel there is no use for me to continue subscribing to their newsletter.

That is surprising because they seem like a very straight up company with good customer service.

Maybe a phone call would get contact with a real person.

That is odd. I e-mailed them just the other night and by afternoon of the next day I had a response and answer to my question.

It is possible your email was picked as spam, who knows. What model Ryobi router do you have? What bushing set number did you want to purchase? I am in the USA and can call them for you with the details and if it fits. Since I am on vacation next week this would be a GREAT excuse to go to Rockler, if they have what you need I can get them to you. Send me a PM.
