Thanks to everyone and their advice about changing the blades in my 735 planer.

No screw was so tight that the tool it came with couldn’t crack it.
I used my screw gun set on very little torque to screw them back in. Then used the tool again to tighten them down.

Blowing air in the screw head helped get the dust out and seat the tool better.

It’s just a little time consuming, but I was able to make this today with minimal sanding thanks to having a great planer. I saved about 2 hours sanding.
