Thought about putting my m12vc in a lift, but then it occurred to me that i would not have a handheld router to use anymore. i currently take it out of the table and use in the plunge base. i have decided instead to get a triton to put in the table and dedicate the m12 to handheld work. Great deal you got there though!

Just to share with firefighter, I have the Jessem Router lift FX which accepts my PC 890 with no extra stuff. The cool part of this is that you simply flip a toggle on the attachment and the router drops out and ready to put in whatever base you want. Maybe 30 seconds, and part of that is to put the coke down. I’ve had the lift in my benchdog top attached to my table saw for over 8 years and love it. Easy to use, quick and above table bit changes. Couldn’t be any easier. Not sure whether or not the one Steven has for sale is adaptable like that, but for that price, sure would look into it. Rockler now sells the fX in the most recent catalog for $179

You could pick up a used Bosch 3 1/2” motor which would work fine,
