Just thought I’d pop in and see how many people had a chance to see the Tool and Shops issue of Fine Woodworking for the winter issue 08/09 #202. On the back page is a miniature of a tool box William Robertson made. I have to say that this piece is absolutely amazing. I am more then impressed by this piece. Everything in the tool box is a functional tool too. My jaw is on the floor.

I had my copy too, just couldn’t imagine how I can build tools smaller than finger nails….
Thanks Kolwdwrkr, and to Bentlyj too fo the link.

Love the exploded views. That takes real patience.

Hand cut dovetails are tough enough when I can see them.

I used to build and paint figures, Military mostly. Most were 90mm -120mm some as big as 1/8 scale.

Still have them don’t work on them much anymore. But to have something in that scale that actually works…..

Have your say...
