The local classifieds has a JET JWBS-14CS for $500. The owner’s son said it was at least 5-6 years old. It it is from when they painted their tools blue however long ago that was. It has a fence, miter gauge, riser block, and aftermarket roller bearings for guides. It has a new factory motor and looks to be in good shape. Assuming it is in good shape, is it worth $500? I was thinking that this might be a little high considering saws like the grizzly ultimate are available for this price and new ones are $650, but being older maybe it’s built a touch better??. Thanks for the advice. |
