Pretty slick idea especially if circumstances require storing away the planer after each use. I’ve found that, much like myself, my bench top planer seems to weigh a little more every year.

I found a Ryobi stand on discount for less than $100.00. Use it on my
Dewalt miter saw. No wheels, but what the heck.
That looks like a good set up.

I’ve had my 735 on a Ridgid stand for a couple of years. Works good. I do have the older model stand(bigger wheels)
