I had an idea that if the object can not get wet then theoretically dust/saw dust can not possibly stick to it either. For example you could coat the cast iron trunnions and everything under the table on a tablesaw then dust/gunk should never build up in the gears and joints.

Has anyone tried the product? Do debris still stick to the surface?

Our maintenance guys just treated the tops of some of the drop ceiling panels in our offices where condensation drips off the AC ductwork and makes water stains on the ceiling. Don’t know yet if it will work for this, but I can say that the Crap stinks.
