Topic tags/keywords: resource question tip

I saw a picture of a jewelry cabinet and the gentleman said he made the full extension slides out of wood. i have searched but to no avail. They seem to use less space and look and function great.Thank you for any advice.

If the above is true, I would love to see a picture of those slides so I could design my own. The darned metal ones are darned expensive, darn it all.

Thanks, Nicky, but woodworking.com won’t show large enough pics without the subscription.

OK now, not bad – picture below is giving the most basic idea but this still takes up more room than the full extension metal slides . . .
