I monitor a combined feed of 5 or 6 different woodworking sites. I saw this picture but when I followed it back to it’s source (LJ’s) I got a page cannot be found. Does anyone know anything about the below picture? I love it.

You might check with Vipond33 from up in Canada.
It’s a style he built something in and then dropped it an broke it all to hell.
Maybe he won’t have you blocked like he did me.
I think he got his drawers in a wad over some comments about guns or something.
Don’t know, or really care for that matter.
He does do some nice work and I can still look at it and copy it if I want.

Vipond was the first thought I had too. I see the photo says Ryan however.

It has a Frank Lloyd Wright art deco look. Love art deco…especially in windows.

Randy, that’s what I’m talking about. Box tops just waiting to be built. Great stuff.
Crank, Vipond is on the site enough he will notice if it is him.
Thanks for the help.

No, it’s made by Ryan – I remember it – cached version…

This project, and its pictures, has, though, been deleted.

Searched “Mondarian key box” and found this.

You’ll have to translate…translated link didn’t want to work.

Knick, Tony, thanks. Isn’t the work beautiful?
Wonder what happened to Ryan…

Here is a side view of the Vipond piece I was thinking about. It was inspired by Mondarian. Really too bad it got destroyed.

Piet Mondrian’s works are the original inspiration for that piece. Art history 101.

red, thanks for the info. I never did take art appreciation. However, I do like Frank Lloyd Wright. He and Piet Mondrian were contemporaries. I looked at Britboxmaker and he does a lot of the “plastic stuff”.

That’s a really nice piece of work, wish it were mine.
It’s a pity that Ryan is no longer on the site, some of his work is magnificent. This hall table for instance.
.
In addition, I find that I have blocked Michael (crank49) by mistake and so apologize.

JFF, here’s my rig. Vitus 992, Dura Ace 8 speed, crank52.
