Thought you might like to see my auto adjusting planer in/out tables. I plane 13’ long oak boards that can weigh 100+ lb. Lifting these all day around the planer will wear you out real quick. So this is my first attempt at making a set of adjusting conveyor tables. They still need a bit of adjusting but I got the concept down. So at this point I’m fairly confident they will work. Video below.

Pretty cool. What is the switch type called?

Loren, they are called micro switches. Its your choice how it works. It can be normally closed or open. Then when the little roller is pushed it will change its state from open to closed or vice versa. You can get many different versions of them.
