i'd get them from iturra. he's a great resource, in addition to supplying first rate products. not the least expensive out there, but with each order comes one of his catalogs, which is almost a primmer on band saw use.
Look on eBoy for the red urethane. Soak in coffee temp hottish water for a couple of minutes and have a buddy with strong hands. Both of you arm yourself with a small screwdriver.Put'em on like you do a belt or bicycle chain.. 3/4 on, grab the screwdrivers, slide from both sides, meet in the middle.
They came in a box from Florida with nothing but the tyres . They're all about the same anyway.
You don't need adhesives or any of that. Clean the rims really really good.
