If I could make it I would be up there in a heartbeat buying this stuff. Someone is selling their Grizzly equipment on Craigslist and seem to be in good condition. Who knows, they may not work at all but they look like they have been taken care of. 250$ for a 2HP Grizzly jointer? Yes, please!

they appear to be very conventional tools with appropriate prices. i even think they are a little on the high side.

You won’t find prices like that down here in the Houston area. Everything is more.

Ya… In my area those would be listed at nearly double the price in each instance. In fact, we rarely see anything more than craftsman or box store brands.

I paid 225 for my used and much older version of the 1182. So in my mind 250 is a good price. Not sur on the planer. I think the price for the 444 TS is quite high. I believe that’s a right tilt saw.

I was just surprised because most people around here will try to sell you their 10 year old craftsman for that same price. When I saw the phrase “grizzly jointer” I was expecting to see 400-500.

In my area those would be listed at nearly double the price in each instance.

you mean, in your area, a used 10” right tilt spitter based CI contractor’s TS with a t-square fence with less than 36” of rip capacity would go for $1400???

and anybody who would rather have a used G0555 for $400 when this is available for $124 more (delivered to your door) would, IMHO, be making a questionable purchase decision:

I think the prices are high for what he is selling. I am just south about 5 hours and I am selling a Unisaw 5 hp with 52” Biesmeyer fence and overarm attachment for gaurd/DC hood for just a little more than the seller is asking for a Contractor Grizzly saw. I am also listing a 20” Rockwell bandsaw for just a little more than what the seller is asking for a 14” Grizzly. Personally I think either he is overpriced, or I am under priced since the equipment I am selling is twice or 3 times beefier than the equipment that fella has.
