I’m looking to make a humidor or 2 soon, but I’d like to hear what woods you guys have used for the exterior. I’ll be joining the box(es) together with dovetails, and lining them with spanish cedar of course. Also what do you guys recommend for sealing the inside of the box before placing the spanish cedar lining inside? Thanks

I am planning on making a few also! I just recently picked up some Black Walnut and Wild Cherry to make mine. I plan on sealing the inside with some flat lacquer before I place the Spanish Cedar.

Good Luck!
