My name is Bryan and I was wondering if there were any wood turners near macon ga? I am looking to learn a few things? There was a turners club but I have tried to contact it by the number listed and the guy that answers says its the wrong number. Thanks for all replies |

A little bit far but Franklin NC has several, and it is a great place to spend a day also North Ga has a couple -- Tite Lines, May the wind be at your back |

The former president of the Middle GA WT club passed away earlier this year so that may explain the wrong number. You might also want to attend the state Fair in Perry in September. There will be a lot of woodturning on display with woodturners from around the state serving as docents who would be happy to talk with you. -- MPax, Atlanta |
