I’ve been needing to make a wookworking mallet. I went to Ghana for two weeks for my work. I was at the craft market in Accra watching a young man use his ebony mallet mallet and a chisel to carve intricate wood figures. My friend asked if he’d make a mallet for each of us, and a few days later we each picked up our ebony mallets. I’m afraid to try it out today since I’m dealing with serious jet lag.

Very cool. I’m sure you’ll love that mallet for years.

Have your say...
