Topic tags/keywords: electromode shop heaters

Anyone know anything about Electromode Heaters? I think they were made by Singer. I’ve been in the market for a heater and my brother-in-law says he has an Electromode Heater that’s never been used. He sent me a photo and it looks to be in good shape. It’s Model C1-5-A. I ran a web search but couldn’t come up with anything.

Never found any info on the heater, but it’s installed and doing its job. We’ve only had one really bad cold spell. Yesterday it was 60. I’m not about to complain about that.

60 in the shop or outside? It was -25C this morning here and the shop was @ -10…I put the heat on when I got home so I am hoping it will be warm enough to work in in the morning LOL!

I hear what you’re saying Mark. That was 60 outside. We have some crazy swings during the winter in my neck of the woods. The coldest I’ve seen here was about -25F. Usually the coldest will be a little below 0. But then we have days that its 60F or 70F. I’ve seen it drop from 65 to 0 in less than 12 hours.
