Found a good deal on a lightly used lathe. Is anyone familiar with this one? Should I jump on it or run?

I hear that their customer service is lacking.

If you were to need parts or something it may be problematic.

I’m not familiar with Laguna, however, I wish you well on
your decision.

That’s a robust machine with a big capacity. If you need
to do larger turnings I’m sure it will serve. Do check
it over for misaligned centers and things like that.
