Has anyone ever had a response after emailing this company?

Yes, I have. I inquired about the length of a Woodslicer blade and got an informative email about a day later.

Yes. It’s been about a year but last time I emailed them I got a quick response. It’s a good store and if you’re ever stuck in Atlanta it’s a great place to hide for a few hours.

I love Highland Woodworking and receive excellent service from them. They are 40 miles from me and I certainly go to their store at least two times per year. I’d go more often but I don’t like to go to big cities like Atlanta any more than I have to. I love to visit their store and I like the people. They have answered emails but I haven’t sent them many emails so I don’t have much experience on that question. However, I call them on the phone a good bit and they are always willing to answer any question that I have even if I’m not placing an order at the time.

Remember most email systems have spam filters, and they may not ever see your email. If its been a couple of days, try changing the subject line and send it again. It may be stuck in a cyber black hole some where.

I have emailed them and always received a response. Their bandsaw blades are exceptional…best I have ever used. I am doing a show in Atlanta in September and it is fairly close to their store so I am looking forward to a visit to the store. My wife knows to take a book with her and find a comfortable chair when we go there …

Yes, and even a personal telephone call on an order where their Internet site showed an item in stock when it was not—great service always and great bandsaw blades.

They finally responded after I used Facebook to connect with them. My emails had become missing. All is well now.
