What a drag. In my little basement shop, working on my latest project when a super storm hit. Well its raining so lets continue doing woodwork. Til I looked over to the corner and the water appeared. No plug ins in that area, so ok there, but wait, SAVE THE WOOD! I did. Then go out in the rain to dump sawdust from my shop vac and suck up the water. Guess the project will have to wait til I fix my downspouts to channel water away from the house. Only sucked up 15 gallons. Nothing worse then a wet shop!!

Good rant. Yup, project delay bummer. Necessity always wins over desire.

Hey man, rain in the middle of summer is a blessing!

Nothing BETTER than a ShopVac! At least in that kind of emergency. 8-)
