I bought a Craftsman Nextec impact driver a month or two ago. I’ve used it virtually every day since and have been very happy with it. I paid $65ish for JUST the driver. And feel its a good value at that price.
However, Sears is currently selling a combo with the same driver AND a drill for $45. Comes with a quick charger and one battery. Additional batteries can be had for $20-$25.
I was actually on the Sears site to purchase an additional battery for my driver. But for an extra $20…...I got a battery, drill, charger…..and a spare driver.

And by the way_
I think this might be a “deal of the day” or a limited time only thing. Just sayin.

Not a bad deal at all.
They’re no means great tools (but they are good), but that’s a great deal, especially as a gift.

I have the dewalt 20v impact and the cman 12v impact. Honestly the 12v can do most of what my yellow impact can do, just not as fast :)

Heck, I used a Makita 9.6v impact for years. Never failed to do what I needed it to do.

The link didn’t work for me, and I notice it says Gift Registry in the URL. You trying to trick us into buying you tools for your wedding/baby shower/bar mitzvah?

Sorry bout the link.Seems to work for me. I guess you’ll have to hit the Sears site directly.
I’m not sure about the registry thing….but that would be a clever scam :) Of course I d hit a big spender like you up for something MUCH spendier…..like a bandsaw.

I can’t find the kit listed on the site, let alone for that killer price

That product number gave me an hourglass and a sign that said “customizing your bundle” and after a couple of minutes it spit out a 12 volt cordless drill and a 57 piece drill/driver set for $75.42. But wait! If I act now I can add some gloves for $13.49, and a vise for $38.24… I’m remembering now why I don’t shop at sears.com

I guess Sears must just love me. Lol. I ordered the combo yesterday, and got upgraded to free two day shipping. Sorry it’s not working for you.

But yes. Sears website is very dysfunctional. Even worse than Lowe’s.
