I just watched a video on YouTube by William Ng.
Looks like a time saver for anyone making their own plugs, but I have yet to try anything like this myself.

I met William at his facility a couple of years ago, he has some great tricks and tips, does awesome work! Highly recommend his monster flush trim bit.
